Each of these permissions makes up Contract Roles, which will be explained in the next section.

Contract Roles

For a user to have access to the software, they must be assigned to the Contract Role associated with the product(s). Contract Roles are made up of Contract Permissions.

After logging in to AppManager with your OLI credentials, click on “Contract Roles” from the left-hand sidebar.

As a Client Administrator, you now have the insight needed to review available permissions, allocate seats, and assign users to the appropriate roles that correspond to their software needs.

By maintaining accurate Contract Role assignments, you help ensure that your organization’s OLI licenses are used efficiently and that users have the correct access to perform their work.
