How to resolve a common error seen by Named Users.
Named User: Unable to obtain any permissions for user
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Check your contract start date. Although your account might be set up before the evaluation or lease term begins, you won't be able to use the software until the official start date. This issue should resolve automatically once your contract is active.
2. Log out and log back in: This will reset your permissions; the most common solution to this error.
In the Security Error window, head to the "Named User" tab and click "Log Out."
Then click "Log In" and proceed with your email and password.
