When using a license server, if the service is running but the key is unplugged or has a problem. If a user starts the software the program reports a key mismatch not unplugged key.

Updated error message when key is unplugged to say
"The server has lost communication to the protection key"

When generating a fingerprint after installing, if another product was installed and running that used an older version of sentinel. The install would complete and the when the license was installed it would generate a fingerprint using the old version that was installed because the new version required a reboot to be installed.

Updated fingerprint generation code to ensure that the sentinel runtime version being used was at least the correct minimum version we require.

Add the ability to allow user to send OLIC2V file directly via the web like license server.

There are conditions where some products seem to bypass security.

1. All products should now be logging into their options correctly.

FEATURE: Allow event log to be submitted online.When the license server fails in the UI it should allow contacting of support online.

When starting the service from the UI when the service start fails and then error message is displayed it now asks if you want to contact support. If the user answers yes it displays the contact support dialog which collects the event log and registry/file information.

Added button to About dialog to contact support which brings up a dialog that collects information (registry/file versions/app info) and allows it to be submitted directly online, saved to a file or copied to the clipboard.

Virtual machine soft keys are currently being marked cloned for varying reasons depending on the host software. Sometimes doing an upgrade of the host (Ex: vmware) causes the machine footprint to change and the license gets marked cloned. Also newer VM software allows the clients to be moved from one physical machine to another again causing the softkey to be marked cloned.

Added new option to support FQDN (fully qualified domain name) for virtual machines.

• The OLI Settings and test dialog was updated for two general issues:
  1. The of the associated program was added to the title bar and to the start menu icon. This was to help identifiy which program was running under Windows 8
  2. The the alliance products, the version manager was added as an option to link with the desired OLI Engine product.

When a key server is not found, for example  when a user is off site, the software prompts to delete key server binding.If the user says yes this causes them to need to configure the server information again when back on site.

No longer delete key server binding when server not found.
